I'm wanting to get the Sparks card again after opening the same on 6/5/2015 (it's currently still open). This is my first and only Capital One credit card. If I apply again is it best to close my current one first? It has a 10K credit limit and I'm afraid of getting denied because they have given me enough credit limit.
