I'm about to make a request for missing miles. This might be a stupid question, but what is the airline code? See screenshot below.

The reason I'm confused is because I already see "Carrier" in a pulldown menu, which lists the code next to the name (in my example, CX).

I tried to click on the supposed help link "What is my Airline Code?" but it leads to a 404 error.
