Don't know about from within JFK, so this probably won't help you, but I have watched Concorde take-off from the roadway which goes across the Rockaways (I believe parallel to/the same land on which the subway line goes). Flew right overhead. Re-heats are turned off at that point due to noise-abatement regs for the Rockaways.
