My Wi-Fi case was kind of subplot, the main issue was a heavily delayed flight, they are still studying that part. Maybe they wanted to soften the new Gold boy a bit first... Anyways I do appreciate their response, very generous. I gave them positive feedback also, got some really good service on my flights, felt the best parts of the Nordic and Asian service cultures were present.
