I have an upcoming flight that returns to JFK on AZ which is an interlined ticket on DL.

After picking up my bags from the international portion (on AZ) and clearing customs, will I have to take my bag all the way to the DL terminal (2 or 3), or can I recheck it in Terminal 1? Anyone have any idea?
