Same issue at the gate yesterday in SIN. Gate agent on the mic said if it's any consolation this is happening to BA flights all around the world. Hmmm actually no it just made them seem more incompetent from my pov.
Departed just over an hour late which actually wasn't too bad, considering it started as a complete shambles.
