Yes, I'm pretty sure that not all (and even not most) of MNL-SIN SQ flights are late :-)

Anyway, it seems that I have to stick to previous reservation. It's a reward ticket for M&M miles and they say that there's no availability in J in earlier flights from MNL to SIN. Considering that official minimum time for connection in SIN is 55 minutes, I'm still within this time. Besides, I hope SQ plans schedules of flights in such way that risk of delay is as low as possible. However, in case my flight from MNL arrives too late to catch SIN-MEL flight, I hope SQ will rearrange my flights in satisfactory way. Nevertheless, I hope there'll be no such necessity. I go to MEL only for 1 night and my intention is to visit the city as thoroughly as possible on the day before and after my night at hotel. In consequence, the later I arrive to MEL, the shorter is my time to spend in this city...

As regards lounges in SIN, I think I'll survive without them this time. SQ has new lounge in MNL which seems to be very nice too, so I'll spend some time there. My only question is, if they have showers there? I can't find any information about this detail :-(
