My delay happened between 22:20 - 00:45. That's border line dinner/breakfast, although it was the "dinner" I was craving, not breakfast.
Restaurants in the airport were closed so I have to save the voucher for a future trip.
The nice thing is you can use them for the onboard cafe including the J meal tray. They also have a generous expiration date.
When I got caught in yul during the yyz flood, the checkin agent was able to retroactively print my meal vouchers on the following day.
