Status based bonus miles never count towards MQM's. There are only bonus MQM's awarded for business class fares and a few of the highest economy fares. All published AF fares earn at least 100% MQM as shown in the chart below. I don't know where you are getting the redeemable mileage number, but it may be incorrect if you are using the AF site (since you are crediting to DL Skymiles, not Flying Blue). You should really refer to the delta.com earnings chart for AF flights to determine how many miles you will earn.

Assuming these are all AF coded flights, you will earn MQD's based on a percentage of miles flown as shown on the AF earnings chart above.
