That doesn't exist. Even if you obtained an eTicket breakdown from AC, it will only show the value of the flight credit without GST/HST.

What's the issue? You have a receipt that says 2 credits were used and the flight pass number. You have a screen showing the flight pass number and value per credit. Value per credit x 2 = value of ticket.
