Hey guys,

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I was wondering if there is any recourse to flights that get massively delayed.

We were delayed by 5 hours on a JFK-UIO flight and the only consolation offered was water and bananas...

I know that in Europe there are mandatory payouts for delays (in stages, 2 hours, 4 hours, etc.). Is there no such thing in the US?
