For whatever reason, BA is one of very few carriers which requires a title on its bookings. It is not a required field for any GDS and is meaningless. You may select any title you wish and could have selected "Mr." or "Master" for your daughter if you wish.

The sole impact on travel will be that BA employees adressing your daughter based on the booking may address her as "Miss Warbs11".
