MIA is showing 1 hour+ departure delays across the board. IME, it doesn't take an hour to cool down a plane once it has power.

Due to TM Initiatives:DSP:VOL, traffic is experiencing Gate Hold and Taxi delays between 1 hour and 1 minute and 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and increasing.
Traffic Management, Departure Sequencing Progam, due to Volume.
