BTW I agree re: taste--as someone who just had JJ's for the first time, Jersey Mike's is better.
They type in the numbers into there so it is e2e encrypted. I think it's a great idea. It's also prepping for EMV, where everything card related is on the terminals, no exceptions.
There is a burger shop next to me that has Elavon Talech iPad POS with Ingenico icmp. They actually have to hand key numbers into the icmp for the same reason.
