Just returned from a trip in a harbour view room at the Intercontinental Hong Kong. I was glad I was in TST and not in any other area. I loved the food choices there. I did travel to Mong Kok to have a look around.

I just had a look at hotelscombined.com.au and saw a hotel that looked ok in TST for a very reasonable price of well under AUD$200 for a queen room. THe Kowloon Hotel on Nathan Road. I think I saw that in my travel.

The harbour view was worth every cent we paid for it. Husband pulled up the sofa near the huge window and would love watching the boats come and go as well as the workmen fixing the Avenue of the Stars. I guess you do pay what you get and if there is a $100 room with a harbour room there has to be a catch.
