i sent copies of all the RA Welcome letters to Ruth Negus back then, so it's possible their resolution to fixing the problem caused the current bottlenecks, although i must say i got an Ambassador pack within a few weeks, and RA within two weeks. Wrong pack and no 5K code, but they fixed that over the phone, and a BOGO expiry of May next year, when it shld have been August
