Where do you get that I said anything about EQD? EQD is listed to the right at 5% and I didn't say anything about that. 4,117 is ~ the distance in miles of JFK-HEL. I used the base miles value, 25%. This has nothing to do with spend.
How can you say there isn't a devalue? Currently, A, H, K, L, M, P, V, G, N, O, Q, R, S, T, W, Z all earn 100 % base miles. Now, H, K, L, M, P, V, T are 50% and A, G, N, O, Q, R, S, W, Z are 25%.
