Are you flying on an LCC into HK?
If so, I highly doubt there will be someone from guest services there to help you.

Two hours I would say is very tight. Especially as it normally takes over an hour from landing to getting to the arrivals halls if you land at the Midfield Concourse (Gates 2XX), as HK Airlines and most LCCs do.
And that's tight if you land on time, which isn't guaranteed.
