Same issue last Saturday at Galleries North. Guy at lounge entrance persistently refused access to members of my family who had arrived in CE and wouldn't consult the manual when I asked him to. I went in with one as a guest and asked the woman at the guest relations desk who went to the doors and informed them they were incorrect. After about 5 minutes of looking at the manual they let them all in.
