My wife and I applied for Global Entry on 5/18. I got my conditional approval on 6/3, but hers is still pending review. The FAQ says it can take up to 4-6 weeks, but we're past 8 weeks now.

I wonder if hers got lost in the cracks somehow. I'd like to email or call them but I didn't see any contact information available. Does anyone have advice what to do at this point?

ETA: We're both US citizens if that matters
