While waiting in the International Terminal at LAX a couple of weeks ago, I stopped by the McDonald's in there for a quick morning bite.

As I was eating my Sausage McMuffin with Egg, it occurred to me that they stuck a hamburger patty in it instead. I ate it anyway, because it was still better than an American Airlines bistro bag.

That makes me wonder if the opposite has ever happened: Finding sausage patties in your Big Mac?
