This is sorta unexpected..

I signed up for GE on June 28th. Just got email notification that my account has been updated. I logged in to find my application status changed from PENDING REVIEW to CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. So I schedule an interview and chose US Embassy here in Singapore (nearest obviously). Low and behold the earliest interview date is April 2017??? Unfortunately there's no other interview center in Asia. The nearest one would be in Middle East at the Hamad Airport in Doha (DOH) and they have available dates as early as tomorrow....

Is there anyway to do it earlier? My upcoming trip to US is end of this year.... Don't think I wanna fly to DOH just for an interview (unless it's for a job lol...)
