Airport fees are only shown later. You have to click through the first few screens (choose flights) until it asks you for your name and/or the credit card number. What you see then is the full price.

Depends on fare class. With the cheapest tickets you might not be able to pre-select seats but if you check-in together (and not at the last moment), the check-in agent will have you seated together.
