Can someone please help me out? I'm looking for the check-in times for LH401 in JFK (16:05 departure), so when are the desks staffed?

What are the current TSA check lines in JFK?

I can kill an hour or so extra in the First Class Lounge but don't want to arrive too early (long wait) or too late (rushing through security)
