I spoke to Expedia last week after I was told they would contact Singapore Air for a rerouting solution due to the GRU-BCN cancellation. After Expedia not getting back I called again today. Neither Singapore or Expedia could provide a solution so just asked for cancellation of the ticket and a refund. Expedia said they first need to check with the airlines for their cancellation policy. A few seconds later the line went dead. Just completed a dispute with AMEX.
