This has included MCO-YYZ rouge and wide bodies from PVG and FCO, day arrivals and evening arrivals.
I will give credit where it's due.
+1: Two times connecting via YYZ in the last 7 days has been amazingly efficient wrt to checked bags, both times involving TB+INT.

It wasn't straightforward and passively civilized.

Straightforward and honestly direct:
It's Summer time yo! Lots of travel going on means YYZ's baggage delivery system, the "Sortation 8042," will be busier than usual. Plan accordingly because unfortunately we cannot hold up the many passengers who show up on time for those who do not. Show up on time because Air Canada has no way of controlling the GTAA, who owns and operates the Sortation 8042.

Thank you,

Yea, I just googled it thinking maybe it was some kind of trademark for a baggage delivery system.

I'm sure AC has influence over GTAA. It's like saying blame YOU, the citizen, for road construction. Guess what: I do blame you, and me. Pay more taxes, vote smarter, etc... Victims everywhere I look...
