That's incorrect. The PHL-ZRH 763 is crewed entirely by LAA pilots and flight attendants, and thus the FAs did not have to serve "more passengers than normal."
Further, the 763s have the only J galley right in the front vs. the A332s that have a small front galley and main mid-galley in J by doors 2L/2R, so in my experience, service is usually more efficient on 763s.
