I think it would be cool if United put set mockups in the United Club leading up to the roll out so we can try out the new seat BEFORE we step on the plane for the first time.
Might be a good marketing idea and help sell this new product.
videos and pictures are one thing but putting a mockup in UC's across the globe might be a step forward..
just a thought
