You can do this on ITA Matrix.
In the From box enter YYZ
In to To box enter as many airport codes as you like, separated with commas
Click on "advanced routing" and enter UA+ - this will return only UA operated flights. Entering UA gives only direct flights, UA+ includes connections.
Click on See Calendar of Lowest fares, enter the first date you can travel and then enter the number of days you want to be gone.
Find what you want and then go to UA to enter the voucher code and book the flights.
