Since you arrived on a UA flight, the lost luggage desk would have been UA? And the robot you were calling would have been UA as well?

Still does not change the fact that two months is too long to get a reply from SK customer care. But try contacting Lufthansa as a Eurobonus gold member. Usually about the same waiting time.
