Thanks everyone - I think!!
The Twitter team is looking in to it, so hopefully that's a start, but there's been silence for 12 hours (I know it's night time there now)...
We've got the awful claim form and made a start on completing it. I will make sure we've got several copies of everything before we send it off.
The bags were delivered back to YYZ last Friday at 4.13pm, so I would have expected them to be back on their way by now, so I'm half expecting it to turn up before the call centre works out it has been sent, but equally I'm not that hopeful!
Luckily we have various bits of insurance that will cover a lot of what we had to purchase and some of what was lost, but I want my stuff back - I am sure it's sitting in the corner of an office at YYZ!!
