Odd one.

Stayed recently at a Hilton Hotel and booked a rate showing under 'view packages and promotions'.

We were not awarded points.

Having contacted Hilton I was told it was a travel agent rate.

I find this odd as I did not enter any travel agent code.

Maybe the hotel loaded the rate by mistake. Not sure.

However at no time did I spot any travel agency rates.

There was nothing in the email confirmation either.

All a bit odd.
