That's incorrect. The PHL-ZRH 763 is crewed entirely by LAA pilots and flight attendants, and thus the FAs did not have to serve "more passengers than normal."

In any event, the NGBC 763 has exactly one more revenue seat in business class (28) than the new lie-flat 763 with 27 revenue seats. The relief first officer owns two NGBC seats but just one on the new configuration.

That one extra revenue seat did not contribute to the poor service by the "overworked" FAs.
