Question Having BCP already disqualifies me from getting signup bonus for BCE?
1. If I already signed up for BCP 2 years ago and I want the signup bonus for BCE, will I be eligible to receive the signup bonus for BCE if I make a new application for BCE? (This BCE is a brand new credit line and not a product change or downgrade)

2. If I downgrade my BCP to BCE, will AmEx allow me to apply for the signup bonus for the downgraded card?

3. (OT) If I downgrade my BCP to BCE, will the AmEx offers added to my BCP login account continue to stay if I downgraded the card to BCE?

4. (OT) If I downgrade my BCP to BCE, will the cashback rewards added to my BCP login account continue to stay if I downgraded the card to BCE?
