If your connection is overnight connection at HND with no airport change to NRT, then one option is that HND International Terminal is open 24 hrs. Upon arrival at HND by JL 1 at 7:20 p.m. head to transit area and come out on departure gate area. You can stay at departure gate area overnight and catch your connection flight departing HND next morning. Several fast food places at departure gate food court are open 24 hrs. Also, if you are willing to spend some money then there are transit hotel at departure gate area so you can have some good night sleep.
I take it JAL will not pay for any overnight hotels due to the schedule change resulting in an overnight connection?
Also, for an overnight connection do you have to claim your luggage and recheck back in or JAL keeps the luggage and transfers to your connection the next day.
