Across my circa 60 data points (LBA/NCL-MCO/LAX over 15 potential dates), prices have now increased by around 15-20% compared to what they were 3 hours ago.

Agree with patersoj on your willingness to pay the price offered but the transparency of any BA "sale" is very poor.
