Wow, that's really quite informative! I've gotta tip my hat to Arlington both for making those reports accessible and for confidence-inspiring investigations. (Legal Sea Foods routine inspection on 25-FEB-2004 includes this critical catch: "Can opener blade in need of cleaning".)

hile I bet that annoys the halibut out of the restaurant staff, it makes me feel more confident about eating there.
