You received an email containing two pdfs when you made the award redemption; one called "Travel Reservation, XXXX" and the other called "Electronic Ticket Receipt, XXXX" where XXXX is the date of travel and the (lead) passenger name.

The Eticket receipt contains the equivalent amount paid, the Taxes/Fees/Carrier-Imposed Charges, the Total/Transaction Currency, and the (different) actual amount paid by you (noted in the Form of Payment field). Use this to reclaim your expenses.
