Saudia Alfursan refuses to credit miles

Hi, new member here, and I would just like some help and clarity regarding my situation as follows:

I had taken a return business class trip from JNB-JED, departing 14 May 2016, and returning 28 May 2016.

On the departure flight, one of the flight attendants was chatting to me regarding the Alfursan loyalty program, and the benefits of signing up and earning the miles. I was not a member of any Skyteam loyalty program, therefore I had not used any FFP number when booking.

She gave me registration forms to fill in on behalf of myself, and the other two passengers travelling with me. I filled these in and submitted it to her before we landed. She assured me that the accounts will be created, and the miles be credited to each passenger's account within 2 weeks.

It is now 2 months later and I have received no email whatsoever from Saudia Alfursan. I have contacted their call centre for customer relations and I am told that there is no record of accounts in my name and for the other two passengers.

I then went on to create my account online, and after registering, I attempted to retro claim the miles I have flown in May 2016. I am now told that I am not allowed to claim these miles, as the accounts have been registered after the flight had been taken.

My issue is that the reason my miles have not been credited is due to the fault of Saudia not processing my registration form. After numerous emails and calls to Saudi customer relations, I have had no luck in them crediting these miles.

I would sincerely appreciate any help, guidance and insight on my situation in wanting to earn my miles flown. I have already booked business class tickets for later this year, and plan to use Skyteam airlines much more going forward.
