Yes, a day too early too, but they are showing a profit now.

As a shareholder I do NOT wish BA to pinch pennies. I want them to make money by offering an excellent experience to their customers so they can have a sustainable business model for years to come. I would hate them losing market share because of all that is happening and possibly not offering a good enough product to compensate.

I am not of the 'every penny saved adds shareholder value' school of thought.

Besides, I don't think BA are even in the top 10 of airlines, so I am definitely no apologist. I just find it interesting when people consistently find they are treated poorly yet fail to see a common denominator in the mirror.
