The rooms at the O2 are much better, the club is better, the staff are better, the restaurants and bars are better, the staff are better, in some respects (and this will be taste dependant) the minibars are better.

The IC PL refurb is relatively superficial. Bigger TV's and fresher decor but fundamentally the rooms and suites are small and nowhere near as nice as those at the O2. The corridor decor is also looking VERY tired.

The IC O2 is a better property IMHO in all important respects except location if you need to be in West London.
