Yes, it would be nice if you kept to the topic, but someone has to stop you giving out false information to confuse those who might not have read the details elsewhere.
Have you ever tried to put in an American signature-only card in those machines? Just because they require a PIN
for you doesn't meant that they won't work with properly-configured C+S cards (with no CVM in the right place, etc.)
