U.S. Preclearance delays?
I'd like to start a thread on how long it take go through U.S. preclerance. I've reduced my flights through YVR so I hardly know anymore.

Lats observation: Saturday in late April 2002. Hardly a soul midmorning (after 10-11 am).

What is it like early on a Saturday (6-8 am) outside of cruise season?
