Agreed. Particularly annoying that it asks last 4 of credit card used. Some of us use different credit cards at different times for different charges. And some of us use Hyatt Gift Cards which have get trashed once the balance is zero, makes retrieving a past folio almost impossible. Please go back to the previous function, click on the tab, the folio/receipt pops up.
Why do you think they did this update in the first place?
I think it was done as an excuse to reduce/eliminate some resource-intensive features that were bogging down the site, such as this one.
