[Help] Have fee for book ticket online on Cathay Pacific?

Hi everyone, I'm new. I hope everybody help me in here

I have a question, When I search ticket on website Cathay, I see a ticket have price is 707$, I don't know if I pay for that ticket, negative price 707$, Do I need to pay else extra fee?
And If I book 3 tickets, Can I select seats near together? And Do I pay for that?
Please help me an answer. Thank you so much.
