The job also has a dirty side, including being there in case of emergency and also including such nasty cleaning tasks.
Just a few days ago on a TATL flight back to Canada, I hit a really dirty J seat. Mentioned it to the FA who was just standing by, and he reacted in a very nice way, said that it was part of his job, and proceeded to clean the seat immediately... But I have had different reactions before (rolling eyes type!)...
