Agree that the walkway makes the most sense, but would just add that there are shuttle buses if one prefers.

In general, I agree with others that the layover is more than enough time. And by more than enough time, I mean that Terminal E is about as charming as a bus terminal, so you will be sick of waiting around. Not the end of the world, but I'd just make sure to bring enough to keep myself amused. Also note that the Terminal E food options are pretty bleak.
