Hello!

I am a long time lurker and travel several times a year on miles accumulated from a SPG credit card and DH travel miles from work. I was really disappointed when the ideal CVG - JFK - FCO flight did not any have low mileage awards available.

I was able to find nonstop flights from CVG to BOS and BOS to FCO. This itinerary does not pair together on delta.dumb when searching for award travel for my date. Luckily, I called and was able to be placed on the flight for 30k for that leg for three passengers!

Should I be concerned about flying in/out of Boston Logan? (DH says it is about as big as MKE?) I would arrive in the evening with a 4 1/2 hour layover before leaving late at night. This is my only hesitation with this itinerary as I am unfamiliar with the airport and have until tomorrow night to cancel. Thoughts?

Our trip isn't until next year and expect changes will be made that might ultimately allow me to get back my preferred routing without paying high mileage.
