Agreed. Particularly annoying that it asks last 4 of credit card used. Some of us use different credit cards at different times for different charges. And some of us use Hyatt Gift Cards which have get trashed once the balance is zero, makes retrieving a past folio almost impossible. Please go back to the previous function, click on the tab, the folio/receipt pops up.
Concur on the request for the previous functionality.
I just requested a receipt where I had paid the bill using a Hyatt Gift Card. Did the web site want the last four digits of the gift card? Is that why the web site said there was no record of my stay?
