Easiest way to register thanks to a KL flight attendant
I've been trying to contact KLM to register a formal thanks to the flight attendant on my Bristol to Amsterdam flight last week, after I left my tablet aboard the aircraft on arrival. He not only spotted the tablet, instead of handing it over to ground crew, he was personally taking it to the lost and found when he spotted me in the Lufthansa check in area, and returned it too me.
So far, the only way seems to be via the website, but it is lumped into the complaints section and to file it, they also want bank details etc. Is there an easier and more direct way to get his customer service recognised please.
